The World Looks Better When You Smile

Over the past year I have found life somewhat of a struggle. I lost a lot of my creativity because I was trying to cope with a whole lot of stuff that life was throwing at me...but Ive pulled myself through it, and I feel so much better for it. And lately Ive found that Ive become a lot more creative and inspired to write, sing, act, design and take photos...I feel like me again but a stronger version. Ive even been offered a development deal with a music label and studio in London and I can't tell you how excited I am about it!

This week I have posted new photos of me modeling and new photos that I took for a lovely girl called Heather Paling. I have been writing new songs (you can hear them soon!) And I have been living a more colorful life in general. I decided to write a poem tonight...infact I finished it about 50 minutes ago...to me it is not a poem, but a collection of thoughts. However I have a way of creating verses and rhyming...so I'll just say it's a poem!

So here it is, from me to all of you. I hope you enjoy it :0)

Is Life?

Is life about the destination, and the end in sight?
About the goals and perfect endings at the end of the light.
Or could it just by chance, be the steps that we take;
The journey that we travel and the friends that we make?

Is life about the moments that make us glow inside?
The ones where time stands still, and the ones where time flies.
Is life about success from someone else’s eyes?
Or maybe it’s about success from deep inside our minds.

Is life already planned, with destiny in line?
Whilst faith and stars dictate to us and we look for the signs.
Or do we choose our own path, with every single step?
Creating our own future, with our minds firmly set.

Is life really worth wasting with a negative state of mind?
The clock strikes 12 and we’re another day older in time.
Believe in what makes you happy, and keep it in your sight.
Chase that rainbow, touch the stars and always embrace life.
